Sizing: To determine which size you should use, measure the width of your index, middle, and ring fingers around the DIP joint:
Small: <52mm
Medium: 52mm to 56mm
Large: >56mm
Generally the best size will have fingers slightly spilling over the side of each step. If on the border, the smaller size will usually be more comfortable. This style ergonomic edge will work best for people with index and ring fingers of similar length.
